Monevia is an independent crypto-card comparison ledger — no company behind it, no investor targets to hit. Every fee and limit in the database is verified against the issuer's own website. If something is wrong or missing, this is where to say so.

How the data stays accurate
Each card entry is checked against the issuer's primary source — pricing page, terms, or official FAQ. When a figure can't be confirmed, the field is left blank rather than estimated. The ledger is re-verified monthly, but issuers change conditions without notice. If you spot a discrepancy, a short email with the card name and the correct source URL is genuinely useful.
Good reasons to write in
- Data error — wrong fee, changed limit, card that's shut down, or a broken link anywhere on the site.
- Card not in the ledger — especially if it's available outside the US/EU or supports unusual coins.
- Methodology question — why a particular metric is calculated the way it is, or a suggestion to track something new.
- Press or research — reporter on deadline, academic looking for aggregated data, podcast wanting a quote.
- Partnership — content exchange, data licensing, or a mutual link that genuinely helps readers.
Response time
Most messages get a reply within two to four business days. English, Russian, Turkish, and Portuguese all work. Including the card's page URL when reporting an error cuts the back-and-forth significantly.
What Monevia cannot help with
This is a comparison site, not a card operator. Account issues, frozen funds, KYC rejections, chargebacks, and card delivery problems are outside its scope — those need to go directly to the card provider. See the disclaimer page for the full scope of limitations.
